Do you ship internationally? 

Yes we do! We ship via UPS for more package safety than USPS. 

Can I return or exchange my jacket if it didn't fit correctly?

No. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any customized items. All customized items are final sale.

When will my order ship? 

All customized items take 4-6 weeks to ship. Any non-customized items take 1-2 weeks to ship. The package will take as long as the longest ship time as they will be shipped in the same package.

I cancelled my wedding, can I return my jacket? 

I'm sorry to hear this, but no. We do not accept returns or exchanges on customized items. 

My order got lost in the mail, will you refund? 

No. Once the item leaves our warehouse we are no longer responsible for the parcel.
